Pet Taxi: Pet transportation one-way to vet., groomer, or boarding kennel in the immediate area of your home (within 5 miles of clients home). Additional fee per additional pet going to the same location is $10.00. (Client must supply the pet carriers).  $30.00 an hour for any special requests.

Going to the Market: Fee per hour for going to the pet supply store, grocery store, dry cleaners or another type of errand saving you the trip.

Holiday Fee: Additional Fee per day during Holiday periods including: All Federal holidays, New Year’s Day, Good Friday through Easter Monday (April 21-23),  Rosh Hashanah (Sept. 30), Yom Kippur (Oct. 9), the Day of Thanksgiving (Nov. 27), the week of Christmas (Dec 22-26), Hanukkah (Dec.22), & New Year’s Eve. On weekends during a holiday period, The Weekend fee is waived.

Holiday Deposit: A  Non-Refundable Deposit for all services requested is required during peak holiday periods and must be booked at least 2 weeks prior.  Peak Holiday periods are: July 1st through July 10th &  November 10th through January 10th.  If we can squeeze you in, an additional Penalty Fee of $35.00 will be charged for any appointments made with less then 2 weeks notice from the assignments start date for visits during Peak Holiday Periods. All Holiday Deposit Fees are Due at time of booking appointment by Debit/Credit Card. We always encourage to make your reservations early to guarantee coverage and avoid the Penalty Fee.

Weekend Fee:Additional fee per day between 7pm Friday thru 7am Monday (within the 60 hour period).

Zero Hour: Fee for cancellation during office hours or non office hours which is less than 72 hours from the scheduled visit. This Fee is due at time of canceling appointment by Debit/Credit card.

Last Minute Rendezvous: Fee per appointment made less than 2 business days (office hours only) before appointment. May not be available for new clients.

Additional Travel Fee:  Additional Fee for extra travel time & gas needed to drive to & drive from your home. We allow 10-15 minutes each way for travel time for our pet sitters. Clients are usually within a 5 to 7 mile radius from their pet sitters home.  If we can accept you as a client, anyone outside of their pet sitters radius will accrue this fee per visit. See specific areas currently covered.

Overnight Stay: Please call to see if we can accommodate you. (703) 257-9841 When we accept an Overnight Stay assignment the Late Night and Morning visits are included along with all of our other Basic Service Benefits you request. These appointments are some-what hard to accommodate so call us as early as you know the dates you will need this service. We arrive at your home between 8pm & 9pm and leave between 6am & 7am. These times are based on whether we have other assignments before yours and if we have assignments the next morning.
